A career as an Outbound Vacation Sales Agent entails selling mini-vacation packages to our Hilton-branded Honor Members and guests that are excited to travel once again. Our innovative contact system connects you to a new guest approximately every 90 seconds while working onsite. The ability to build rapport, overcome objections and meet sales goals are vital to success in this role. Our top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year by working an average of 33 hours per week.
