About the Job:

Position: Overnight Caregiver (NOC Shifts)
Location: Agoura Hills, CA

Driving is not required for overnight shifts! However, you must have a Home Care Aide Registration to proceed.

Currently, we are actively seeking devoted overnight caregivers like you for our NOC shifts in the Westside Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities:

• As an Overnight Caregiver with Salus Homecare, you won't just be an assistant; you'll be an essential pillar of safety and comfort. Your key roles will include:
• Facilitating nighttime routines such as getting ready for bed, ensuring a restful sleep, and safely transferring clients to the bathroom.
• Monitoring clients attentively for any changes in condition or emergency situations, acting promptly to ensure safety.
• Providing emotional support and companionship, even in the quiet hours, to elevate their wellbeing and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Caregiving Experience: At least one year of caregiving experience.
• Alertness Requirement: Must be vigilant and remain fully awake throughout the entire NOC shift. Sleeping during the shift is not permitted.
• HCA Certification: Registration as a Home Care Aide (HCA) is a requirement for this role.
• Updated Negative TB Test: To ensure everyone's safety, current test results within the last two years are necessary.
