Description of the role: Hometown Chevrolet GMC of Fruitland is seeking a Parts Counter Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Counter Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with finding the right parts for their vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our parts department. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with finding the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate inventory records and replenish stock as needed
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts catalogs
