We are seeking a Parts Counterperson to join our growing team. Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred, but we will train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Essential Job DutiesAssist technicians and customers at the parts counter
Learn to identify, price, and invoice OEM and aftermarket parts
Pull, stage, and distribute parts for service and body shop operations
Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and bin accuracy
Process parts orders, returns, and warranty transactions
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
Automotive or parts experience preferred but not required
Willingness to learn GM parts systems and dealership processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work indoors and in warehouse environments with varying temperatures
$22.00/hour base pay plus bonus opportunities

Compensation listed is in compliance with California Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162) .
