Job Description

Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians find the best part at the cheapest price
  • Order parts and write accurate purchase orders to match Repair Order
  • Understand and control of parts inventory
  • Creating bin locations for new stock
  • Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
  • Prepare items for returns and shipping
  • Keep things in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Other general tasks and related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2 Years of Parts Experience required
  • Must be detail oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Must have excellent phone and customer relation skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a high-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and perform duties accurately
  • Energetic and professional, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Must possess a professional appearance and work well with others
  • Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR
