Job Title: Pharma Program Management Consultant Web & UI/UX

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Consultant with a strong background in web development, UI/UX methods, and program delivery to support a key customer engagement in Redwood City. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector , bringing both technical expertise and organizational leadership to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.

This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing support requests , ensuring continuity, responsiveness, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Program Management & Delivery
  • Lead and manage web-based initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, compliance, and external vendors.
• Web Development & Technical Oversight
  • Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Provide guidance on web platforms, frameworks, and integration best practices.
  • Review deliverables for quality, scalability, and compliance with standards.
• UI/UX Enablement
  • Apply user-centered design methods to enhance digital experiences.
  • Ensure design deliverables align with usability, accessibility, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with designers and developers to validate prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine user journeys.
• Ongoing Support & Client Engagement

• • Serve as the primary contact for support requests , triaging and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor and respond to issues, escalations, and enhancements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent follow-up.
• Pharma/Healthcare Alignment (Preferred)
  • Support compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, promotional review).
  • Leverage knowledge of pharma and healthcare-specific content workflows, digital experiences, and approval processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading web development and digital experience projects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX methodologies (wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Pharma and/or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.

Work Site : Redwood City, CA (Onsite 3 days/week)

Duration: 6+ months
