Job Description

Our client is looking to add a Physical Therapist to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

This position supports patients in the Hershey, PA territory and surrounding areas.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required

• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

• Minimum of one year healthcare experience

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details

- Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): M-F 8am-5pm; full time; 1 weekend/month; 2 holidays/year

 

Travel

- Local travel to residential homes
