Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management strategies that drive cost reduction, value creation, and measurable bottom‑line impact.
• Assess realized benefits from sourcing initiatives and partner with Supply Chain to implement new processes and improvements.
• Build and maintain market intelligence capabilities—including data, supplier insights, and industry analysis—to support informed decision‑making.
• Evaluate sourcing strategies based on changing market conditions and contribute to internal and external analyses, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Foster continuous personal development by seeking feedback, expanding skills, and staying current on procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of procurement and/or supply chain experience; Food & Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to introduce and implement new programs and processes in a plant environment.
• Ability to travel as needed. (Percent___)
