Heetwave Properties is seeking an Entry-Level Property Manager to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our properties in Chula Vista. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence to ensure the smooth functioning of our properties and provide excellent service to our tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of properties
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
• Collect rent, enforce lease agreements, and handle evictions if necessary

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
