Responsibilities & Duties:
The core function of a Quality Assurance Tester is simple: ensuring that updates and new features in our system are thoroughly tested and meet both technical requirements and user expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and implementing test plans for new features and updates to the Strengthscope® system
Performing manual regression and functional testing
Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs and issues to the development team
Collaborating with developers, the Project Manager, and our Customer Experience team to clarify requirements and ensure quality
Maintaining and updating test documentation and test cases
Supporting internal and external information security processes to ensure GDPR compliance
Reviewing and contributing to UX improvements for all users
Acting as a system ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering internal queries.
Skills & Attributes:
If you have a mix of the following skills and attributes, you might be just who we’re looking for:
2 or more years’ experience in a Quality Assurance/Tester role
Have a Quality Assurance certification (e.g., ISTQB)
Preferably, have experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
Have a passion for software testing and delivering great user experiences
Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Have strong analytical and decision-making skills
Pay close attention to detail and take pride in your work
Can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Can operate under time pressure and understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
