Job Description

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with quality management principles, with proficiency in the Five Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies, and capable of applying them effectively.
2. Experience in target management and supplier management.
3. At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role within medium-to-large manufacturing enterprises.

1. Manage supplier incoming material inspections, evaluate supplier quality performance, and oversee quality improvement efforts.
2. Oversee quality inspection management across all production workshops.
3. Manage the reporting, improvement, and confirmation of quality anomalies.
4. Conduct quality reviews for new product development and manage quality control during the trial production process of new products.
5. Manage and track improvement projects for major quality issues.
