The Opportunity – Quality Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator / QMS Lead to take ownership of our compliance roadmap, mentor our small inspection team, and drive continuous improvement across the shop. We are in search of someone who can turn ideas and goals into actionable programs and see through the execution of the program.

Pay : $80,000-$100,000

Shift : Day Shift Monday-Thursday 7-4pm and Friday from 7-12pm

Primary Duties – Quality Manager

• Administer and enhance quality management procedures, work instructions, risk & opportunity registers
• Supervise quality personnel and oversee calibration, gage management, and inspection workflows
• Lead internal audits, investigations, supplier scorecards, and process improvements.
• Own the document control system and maintain training records
• Champion 5S, statistical process control, and lean initiatives that reduce scrap & rework

Ideal Background– Quality Manager

• 5+ years working in a precision machining environment (preferably a job shop)
• An engineering mindset and/or educational/professional background
• Proven success as Quality Coordinator, Quality Engineer, or QMS Manager
• Hands-on competence performing quality inspections through use of manual measurement devices
• Leadership skills to train, coach, and inspire a culture of “Right-First-Time”
