We are looking for a coachable US-based Acquisition Specialist. Join our small and 100% remote team! We’re a profitable, family-owned vacant land business, buying and selling residential parcels in multiple states around the US. I will train you to learn everything you need to know. Part of the job is using user-friendly software, part of it is calls/texts/emails with seller leads, and part of it is conducting due diligence and writing up purchase agreements/contracts. You’ll need to have a combination of people skills, but also have an acute attention to detail. If we are a good fit, I would love for you to be on the team for many years. This business will continue to grow. I expect you to be busy 20 - 30 hours per week. Start your email/resume with the phrase “Let's begin” (this tests your attention to detail). Pay begins at $1,500/month plus 5% commissions on HUD-to-HUD profit. We are a small but successful land flipping firm. We do text message and cold call campaigns to acquire land at a relative discount from sellers who live far away and have no use for the land. After purchasing the land, we add value to it, list it, and sell it. I am the owner (Harsh Patel), and we currently have one other acquisition manager. You’d be the 10th member joining our team! This is my full-time job and I take it seriously. I’m intentional about building a small, strong team. A bit about me: I live in Toronto with my family, prior to which I lived in New York, Houston, and near Indy. I love staying active and constantly learning and reading. If we decide to work together, you will work closely with me for this role. Responsibilities: You will be the person who manages the acquisitions. You’d receive the interested seller leads from us, texting and cold calling land owners, then you’d call them back, make them an offer on their property, and close on the deals. Once you’ve bought the parcels, we will add value to the parcels by clearing it, making a driveway, getting permits if needed and then use a realtor local to the area of the property for the sale.
