You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Capital Markets Sizing Manager is responsible for the oversight of loan analysis and conducting deal team meetings to evaluate all due diligence materials for transactions. **Primary Responsibilities** + Reviews preliminary loan analyses, Transaction Memorandums, and loan program waiver/exception requests + Ensures programmatic requirements are met for each loan analysis and any deviation is clearly documented and approved by all required parties + Conducts deal team meetings on each proposed transactions and communicate clearly with borrowers, originators, analysts, counsel, and others involved in transactions + Reviews and evaluates all due diligence material provided for transaction + Ensures all materials are quickly and accurately analyzed and such data will be reviewed to identify key underwriting issues and potential transaction risks + Analyzes the creditworthiness of the sponsorship and the real estate and provides concise risks and mitigants/recommendations + Works diligently to control the quality of proposed loans, provide thoughtful, critical analysis, and assure that such analysis is properly documented + Keeps team informed of project specific progress and issues on a proactive basis to facilitate smooth executions + Maintains a current and comprehensive knowledge of various Lending Program Guidelines This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree + Eight (8) years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lending analysis or underwriting + Experience in reviewing multifamily and CRE loans **Preferences** + Experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales **Skills and Competencies** + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written + Results oriented + Strong attention to detail + Strong quantitative skills **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. **Job Range Target:** **_Minimum:_** $168,103.65 USD **_Median:_** $236,970.00 USD **Incentive Pay Plans:** This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
