Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Washington State-Licensed Probate and Estate Planning Attorney.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 hours per week.
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Washington
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
- Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning
- Familiar with TEDRA litigation preparation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Client focused
- Self-starter and able to work independently
