Remote Healthcare Recruiter – Physical Therapy
Must reside in: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, AZ, TX, OK, SD, ND, MO, MN

In this fully remote role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across our network. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and bring creative sourcing strategies to life. What you’ll bring:

• Required: Multi-site healthcare recruitment experience
• Preferred: Experience recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, or COTAs
• Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, etc.)
• A consultative, data-informed approach to hiring

What you’ll do:

• Own the recruitment process from start to finish
• Build relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
• Represent PRN at virtual events and across social platforms, as well as, while traveling to markets for occasional hiring events.
• Share insights and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
