Job Description

Must have a flexible schedule. We rotate 2 different shifts along with weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* Determine customer’s rental needs. * Answer phone from potential customers. * Maintain all vehicles are properly parked and locked on premises. * Answer telephones and book reservations when customers inquire about rental vehicles. * Correspond with internal departments in order to confirm their rental needs are satisfied. * Close out rental agreements and accept funds when customers return. * Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, gas and maintenance then complete proper due bills if needed. * Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; record amount received.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience is recommended but not required. * Strong organizational, communication, & customer care skills. * Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. * Valid driver’s license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate vehicles.
