• Provides Engagement for the client. This includes accompanying client on walks, going out for a meal, trips to social/recreational activities, going out shopping, assistance with hobbies, or just sitting and chatting.
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. May shop for groceries
• Accompany or drives clients to appointments or run errands with clients
• Monitor client supplies and help reorder
• Meaningful engagement with those living with Dementia
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance
• No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Life Home Health*
• Light Housekeeping – including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
• Helping your client live their best life with supportive compassion and dignity
• Eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Take pride in providing high quality support to a client with patience and kindness

Required Credentials [If you are missing any below, we will help you acquire them]

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Auto Insurance
• TB test within last year
• Fingerprints with the Agency for Healthcare Admin.
• Social Security Card
