Own the showroom. As the public face of Centennial Imports , you'll be the expert who turns curiosity into confidence for guests shopping Mercedes-Benz and Volvo -from first "hello" to signed deal and happy delivery. You'll master our product lineups, policies, and processes, handle tough situations with empathy and tact, and keep our sales floor presentation razor-sharp so every guest experience feels premium.
What You'll DoGreet every guest immediately, qualify needs, and guide them to the right Mercedes-Benz or Volvo solution (ICE, hybrid, or Recharge EV) while providing outstanding, pressure-free service.
Operate the point-of-sale process accurately: manage paperwork, process payments, and reconcile at close with clean, balanced records.
Hit and exceed personal and store goals for units, PVR, CSI, finance products, accessories, and protection plans.
Direct customers to vehicles, test-drive routes, delivery bays, service, and parts with clear next steps-no handoffs without context.
Proactively drive in-store sales : maintain a tight follow-up cadence (phone, text, email), build your pipeline, and close.
Develop superior product knowledge : trims, packages, MB tech (MBUX, Driver Assistance), Volvo safety (Pilot Assist, IntelliSafe), EV charging basics, warranties, and service intervals.
Keep the floor flawless: vehicles merchandised, price/menu boards current, POP/signage aligned to running promos, and delivery area spotless.
Introduce promotions, order-in options, and CPO/loaner opportunities to increase gross and guest satisfaction.
Cross-sell finance products, accessories, protection, and service plans to elevate value for every buyer.
Turn complaints into five-star saves-listen, empathize, resolve within policy, and follow through.
High school diploma or Associate's degree.
Retail sales experience (automotive preferred, top retail performers welcome).
Professional presence, clear communication, and a team-first mindset.
Unshakable customer focus in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Read/write/basic math proficiency; strong computer/CRM skills.
Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
