Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 OTE (Commission + Base)
$20,000 bonus if you close $300,000 in revenue within your first 6 months!

Responsibilities:
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate information on prospective and past clients for effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Qualify incoming leads promptly to arrange appointments and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geographies, expanding the client base and driving sales growth.
- Prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email, text, and other forms of communication, to generate qualified leads and add them to the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and effective communication throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- This is a remote position, and a reliable and fast internet connection is essential to perform this role.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Sales training experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development.
