As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns, providing exceptional support and assistance.
• Monitor the usage of our automatic dialer to prevent any illegal or unauthorized activities by customers.
• Collaborate with our API team and customers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to our licensing terms and conditions.
• Perform due diligence on every customer, verifying their legitimacy and eligibility for our services.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales management team.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and updates to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred, but we welcome fresh graduates with a passion for sales and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with SaaS and API-based platforms will be advantageous, but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
