Job Description

Salesforce System Admin needs 3-5 years' experience
Salesforce System Admin requires:
-Hybrid- Tues, Wed in Office, office days may be required on an as needed basis.

-Familiarity with the Agile framework.
-Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to gaps from a technical and/or project management perspective.
-Strong technical acumen and experience architecting Sales Enablement and Customer Success tools and systems.
-Strong knowledge of industry trends for sales tools and database strategies.
-General Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, & Slides), mandatory experience with Salesforce as a user, admin experience desirable.
-Subject matter expertise in a large variety of additional software applications as well as the business acumen required to apply them to business problems.

Salesforce System Admin duties:
-Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
-Install, maintain and administer computer networks and computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
-Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
-Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
-Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
-Ensure network performance.
-Add and remove network access.
-Maintain an inventory of parts for repair needs.
