**Scaffolding Helpers Needed (Entry Level)!** **Pay: $18 p/hr** **Charlotte, NC** **Description** - The Scaffold Builders will be responsible for setting up the job site in the morning, building/erecting scaffolding - Moving materials around the site, assisting foreman w/ other duties as assigned on site - This employee MUST be okay with traveling across the Charlotte area - As a helper will be helping scaffolder dismantle the builds - Utilizing a hammer to build the scaffolds and will be setting these up working outside - Will be responsible loading the company trucks, assisting the foreman to build and dismantle these units on site that they rent out for companies like Turner and Siteworks - Will be wearing a harness for only up to 10 feet and then after the 90 day mark will get certified for higher, long term in a career path must be good with up to 120 feet. Employee can be certified as a scaffold carpenter for pay rate increase - Will not be harnessed on until after their 90 day mark for higher than 10 feet **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
