In the role of Enterprise Security Specialist - ISC, you will be a key member of the global Information Technology team, reporting directly to the IT Security Manager . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions across the Molson Coors enterprise using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, while integrating with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, AWS, and SAP. You will work closely with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and HRIS, while collaborating with product solution owners across commercial, supply chain, and enabling functions to enhance identity and access governance processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control, and cloud infrastructure integration. You will play a key role in enhancing our security posture and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $107 000,00- $140 400,00(posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
