Position Description:

This is an onsite position in Pittsburgh, PA. However, a hybrid working model may be accepted.

This is a highly visible customer-facing role. As the Senior nCino Implementation Consultant, you will be involved throughout the entire solution implementation process. You will be responsible for advising, designing and building a scalable and tailored solution that fully utilizes both Salesforce's and nCino's capabilities. You will ensure that the implementation aligns with the platform's best practices and the client's requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Leading complex implementation projects for strategic financial customers, designing and building tailored solutions for them, including configurations, integrations, automations, data management, user management, and other advanced nCino and Saleforce features and functionality.

. Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and executives, to understand their business needs and guiding them on product capabilities where out of the box capabilities are available and when customizations are required.

. Hosting client facing workshops and assisting the technical/functional consultant(s) in translating the client business needs into detailed technical specifications for the nCino implementation.

. Analyzing and helping resolve defects within the integrated nCino solution.

. Assisting in future business development tasks as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Candidates with strong background in banking and Commercial Loan Origination/Servicing systems are required for this role.

. Relevant Salesforce and nCino certifications are highly preferred.

. Minimum of 5 years of senior implementation experience/ proficiency with a bachelor's degree or greater.

. Minimum of 5 years Salesforce/nCino architecture experience.

. Technical knowledge of nCino, Saleforce declarative automation, programming, data management.

. Experience with integration of third-party systems into the nCino platform.

. Deep understanding of Agile project methodology and/or Enterprise project life cycle(s) experience and associated tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow).

. Experience of working in IT projects; leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc.

. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

. Strong communication, client-facing consulting, and team collaboration skills are essential.

. Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work under time pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize actions.

. Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $154,300.00.
