Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. JF Restaurants   is seeking passionate and experienced   Servers  to join our esteemed team at Hamlin House.

About the Role:

The Server is responsible for providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor and establish rapport to ensure a personalized experience.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner.
• Ensure all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with bussers, runners, and other team members to maintain table cleanliness and smooth service flow.
• Handle guest complaints gracefully and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Stay current on all menu items, seasonal offerings, and any restaurant promotions or events.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have or obtain any required food handling or alcohol service certifications per local laws.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
