Job Description

Job Title: Service Lot Porter / Shuttle Driver

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Every Other Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with one weekday off during weeks with a Saturday shift)

PAY: $12.50 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer waiting area, and shop floor
  • Ensure trash cans are emptied, floors are swept, and bays are kept free of clutter and debris
  • Park, move, and stage service vehicles as needed throughout the day
  • Assist with porting customer vehicles in and out of the service lane
  • Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed in a courteous and timely manner
  • Keep an eye on vehicle cleanliness and help wash/dust off any customer vehicles as requested
  • Assist advisors and techs with small tasks to help improve flow and efficiency
  • Report any facility issues or maintenance needs to management immediately

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to safely operate all types of vehicles, including trucks and EVs
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the shop and service lane looking sharp
  • Ability to work outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
