We are looking for purpose-driven teammates to become the ultimate ambassadors of our brand. As a Smoothie King Teammate, you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping them select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Smoothie King Teammate will be passionate about the brand and willing to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and vitamins.
• Providing guests with information regarding our products.
• Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (15) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food or retail environment is preferred but not necessary.
• Able to work shifts as early as 6 AM and on weekends.
• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Commission sales experience preferred.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests.
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs.
• Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a PLUS!
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable phone service.
• Direct deposit.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• School or work referrals.
