Job Description:
ChicagoSwap RED, LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This remote position will focus on creating and managing company profiles across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, to support our mission and drive traffic to our website, generating leads and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage company profiles on multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic to the company website.
- Coordinate, coach, and supervise ads created by regional Virtual Assistants working in assigned territories.
- Oversee postings or direct postings by regional VAs into various real estate groups to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Work on plans and quotas, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
-Monitor performance using KPIs
- Monitor performance and results using Hubstaff, including submitting screenshots of working hours as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Part-time position with 10 hours per week at $5 per hour.
- Potential for increased working hours up to full-time employment and an hourly salary proportional to achieved results.
- Weekly pay with a one-week delay.
- Quarterly and annual bonuses based on productivity.
