What you'll do:

• Craft the Narrative: Develop and execute our social media strategy, creating a consistent and heartwarming brand voice across all platforms.
• Create Engaging Content: Take charge of our content—from before-and-after photo galleries and "day-in-the-life" Reels to fun memes and engaging stories.
• Manage Our Community: Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and build a loyal online community.
• Analyze the Cuteness (and the Data): Monitor social media metrics and trends to report on what's working and what's not, using data to inform our strategy.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our grooming staff to gather new content and share their amazing transformations.
• Stay Trendy: Keep an eye on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• A Creative Storyteller: You have strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for what makes a post pop.
• An Independent Pro: You are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Platform Savvy: You have a deep understanding of platforms like  Facebook ,  Instagram , and TikTok and how to optimize content for each.
• A Quick Learner: You're eager to learn more about the pet grooming industry and the latest social media trends.
• A Problem-Solver: You can handle customer feedback online with professionalism and a positive attitude.
