Social Media/Content Creator
Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Social Media / Content Creator to own and drive our digital presence across platforms. This role goes beyond content creation; it’s about building momentum, shaping culture, and turning ideas into viral, community-driven moments.

You will be responsible for transforming concepts into high-impact, scroll-stopping content while leveraging cutting-edge production techniques and AI-powered tools. This is a hands‑on, fast-moving role for someone who understands how modern content spreads and thrives online.

Key Responsibilities

Viral Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute content strategies optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Engineer growth through strong hooks, retention tactics, and algorithm‑aware posting
• Build and engage a loyal online community from the ground up

Full‑Stack Content Production

• Handle end-to-end production including shooting, editing, and publishing
• Work confidently with lighting, camera gear (Sony, Blackmagic), and fast-paced editing workflows
• Deliver high-quality content efficiently without sacrificing creativity

AI-Driven Content Creation

• Integrate AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, and emerging platforms into daily workflows
• Continuously test and implement new AI solutions to increase production value and speed

Brand Voice & Creative Direction

• Maintain a consistent, playful, and design-forward brand voice across all content
• Ensure visual and narrative cohesion across platforms

On‑Camera Participation

• Appear on camera as needed for product demos, behind-the-scenes content, and trend‑driven videos
• Comfortably adapt to new formats and trending sounds

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating viral or high‑performing social content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating audience growth or content reaching large view counts
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Deep familiarity with AI‑based creative tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment
• Comfortable working in a Brooklyn‑based studio setting
