Our entry-level Solar Technicians earn an average of more than $70,000 in their first year, with the potential to earn over $95,000 in their second year as a Crew Chief!
While you’re on the road, VIKOR covers all travel expenses, including per diem and your own hotel room. We will also cover the cost for you to obtain your CDL license.
Solar Technicians are part of the action—responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems. You’ll travel across the region working on solar arrays for major utility and renewable energy companies.
No solar experience? No problem!
