Do you have in interest in the beauty industry?  Are you passionate about applying hair treatments?  We are looking for Spa Assistants who want to make an impact! We have part-time and full-time roles!

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

• Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Massage Therapists, Nail Technicians, and Estheticians including:
  • Greeting clients,
  • Offer beverages as needed,
  • Monitoring treatments and services.
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
  • Spa quiet spaces,
  • Locker rooms,
  • Dressing rooms,
  • Laundry,
  • Maintain beverage stations and more.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.

Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:

• Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
