Job Description

General responsibilities The responsibility of the Training & Development Coordinator is to support the T&D function and team through coordination and implementation of agency-wide training, assisting the Training Specialist with execution of Financial Planning Academy, tracking/reporting of early productivity metrics, daily communication with new trainees, and scheduling of on-going development meetings. This is an entry level role supporting the T/D specialist. More specific responsibilities will include scheduling and calendaring, preparing speakers, setting-up training room, running reports in excel, tracking and communicating production results, social media posts, and general project management. Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Project management skills
  • Skilled in Excel and tech-savvy in general
  • Works effectively with people at all levels and builds strong relationships
  • Effectively manages time to address multiple priorities at multiple levels
  • Adaptable and can navigate uncertainty with confidence
  • High-capacity, team-player with passion for helping others
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
