ROLE IMPACT
This Warehouse Associate role supports accurate and efficient movement of inventory within a high-volume distribution environment. Success in this position is defined by dependable attendance, precise order fulfillment, and safe material handling practices across ambient and temperature-controlled zones.
KEY DUTIES
• Receive, stock, and rotate warehouse inventory
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately for outbound shipping
• Support cycle counts, returns, and discrepancy resolution
• Operate within warehouse management systems (PkMS)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•1+ years of warehouse experience REQUIRED
• Basic math and English reading skills
• Familiarity with warehouse workflows or order processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Ambient and cold storage areas (cooler/freezer exposure as needed)
• Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
• Possible overtime during peak periods
• Use of handheld scanners and inventory systems
