**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The position involves manual order picking from a pick sheet and requires a strong commitment to completing tasks on time. The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule starting at 2 PM, with shifts lasting 10-13 hours until all orders are completed. **Responsibilities** + Manually pick orders using a pick sheet and retrieve products from shelves, bins, or specific areas. + Operate with urgency to support quality control teams with inspections and loading responsibilities. + Adhere to company order picking protocols, including proper handling, equipment usage, and item documentation. + Maintain an organized and secure workspace following company safety guidelines. + Promptly report any safety issues or inconsistencies. + Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure products are ready for inspections. + Report stock discrepancies or shortages to supervisors to prevent delays. + Inspect and test material handling equipment, tools, and machinery before use, and report any issues. + Work mandatory overtime when required. + Comfortably climb a 20-foot ladder to pick items from high shelves. + Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. + Assist with building pallets and shrink-wrapping. + Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Order picking experience. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner. + Experience as an order puller, picker/packer, or manual order picker. + Comfortable operating a sit-down forklift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to read English to work from a pick sheet. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Possession of steel-toed boots. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into sales or quality roles. The environment can be hot during the summer. The position is for the second shift, running from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime as required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHINO, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
