We are a fast-growing influencer and creator marketing agency based in Los Angeles, working with some of the world’s most recognizable enterprise-level brands. Our mission is to deliver culturally relevant, ROI-driven influencer campaigns that move the needle — and we’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to help us make that happen. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the execution of post-sale influencer marketing campaigns, serving as a strategic client partner, and ensuring flawless execution from kickoff through final reporting. You’ll thrive here if you’re client-focused, data-savvy, and energized by the fast pace of the creator economy.
Manage and execute post-sale influencer campaigns, generating $1M–$3M+ in annual revenue across multiple clients.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for brand partners, building trusted relationships and providing strategic campaign counsel.
Oversee end-to-end influencer execution — including sourcing, negotiating, content review, approvals, and publishing — ensuring deliverables meet brand expectations and KPIs.
Respond to client requests, updates, and escalations with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
Analyze campaign performance, identify patterns and insights, and deliver actionable recommendations in wrap reports and ongoing communications.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, strategy) during pre-sale planning to ensure a seamless handoff and continuity in campaign execution.
Participate in content and campaign planning sessions, providing market knowledge and influencer recommendations tailored to client goals.
Support high-volume communications and project coordination, maintaining accuracy, speed, and clarity across all touchpoints.
3–4+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
Demonstrated success managing digital campaigns, with specific experience in influencer or creator marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and platform-specific best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management — able to juggle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in handling high volumes of daily email correspondence.
A proactive problem-solver with strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
