Salary: $85,150 - 153,925 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Project Management, Education, or a related field, or comparable experience; additional years of experience may be considered in place of a degree. Candidates with advantageous management or teaching backgrounds will find their skills well-regarded over those solely focused on Agile or Software development experience. A Scrum Master certification (such as CSM, PSM, or SSM) is required. Ideal applicants will have experience in implementing best development practices and standards while mentoring or teaching junior practitioners. Demonstrated experience in supporting the entire life cycle of software product releases is essential. Additionally, candidates should exhibit the capability to think independently, work collaboratively and independently to devise innovative solutions, and effectively communicate. U.S. Citizenship and a DOD Secret Clearance are mandatory.

• In this role, I will facilitate an agile development team following the SAFe framework. I will lead the organization and act as a change agent for Lean-Agile techniques, processes, and principles. My responsibilities will include enhancing team communication, coordination, and collaboration to help the team achieve their Iteration Objectives while supporting and reinforcing team rules. I will engage continuously in challenging the team to improve their performance, quality, predictability, and velocity. Leading the team in relentless improvement will be a key focus, including facilitating team retrospectives and teaching problem-solving techniques. I will facilitate all team meetings, such as the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective. Additionally, I will support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and maintaining a healthy team dynamic regarding priorities and scope. Addressing impediments, protecting the team from uncontrolled work expansion, and preparing and readying the team for ART events will also fall under my purview.

Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position is $85,150.00 - $153,925.00, which is a general guideline and not a definite guarantee of compensation.
