About Avenues At Creekside Avenues at Creekside has been professionally managed by Adara Communities for 2 years. This community consists of townhomes and mid-rise apartments with elevator buildings, and attached garages!
Apartment Leasing Manager Responsibilities - Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent; Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
- Assist in managerial duties when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Prepare reports and paperwork
- Lease property
Apartment Leasing Manager Required Skills And Experience - Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional attitude, appearance and work ethic
- Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
