Director of Visualization - Architectural Design

Dallas, TX

We are searching for a  Director of Visualization to lead, innovate, and expand a growing architectural visualization team. As  Director of Visualization , you’ll oversee renderings, floorplans, and marketing materials that bring projects to life. The  Director of Visualization will set standards, manage workflows, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and strategy for the Visualization Department.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staff development.
• Mentor and grow a team of visualization professionals.
• Establish standards for renderings, graphics, and presentation.
• Implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing teams.
• Represent the department in leadership meetings and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in architectural visualization, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in rendering software, including 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Revit; working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and set departmental strategy.
• Exceptional eye for design detail and ability to convey architectural concepts visually.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with executive leadership and clients.
