Job Description

Job Description:

Join the Winemaking Team at Carboy Winery

Carboy Winery is Colorado’s largest and fastest-growing wine operation, leading the charge in one of the most exciting frontiers in American winemaking. Since 2016, our wines have helped raise the profile of Colorado as a wine region on the rise—one that’s full of potential, innovation, and energy.

With estate vineyards in Colorado’s Grand Valley and Washington’s Horse Heaven Hills AVA, we craft wines that reflect the character of our high-desert terroir and the quality of our sustainable farming practices. From native yeast ferments to Charmat sparkling production, our winemaking is rooted in both tradition and experimentation. This is a place where your hands, your palate, and your ideas all matter.

We’ve built an exciting and serious winemaking program with a strong team culture behind it—collaborative, growth-oriented, and focused on doing excellent work. Whether you're in the cellar, on the crush pad, or helping shape blends in the lab, you’ll be part of a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and the drive to keep moving forward.

If you're passionate about wine, excited to work with fruit from two distinct regions, and ready to grow with a company that’s shaping the future of Colorado wine—we’d love to hear from you.
