Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our kitchen staff. We are currently filling the position of Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, and work with urgency at all times. 

• Experience managing and motivating a diverse team of employees
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Capability and aspiration to be at top of his/her field while working under pressure
• Must be able to communicate in English and be eligible to work without the need of a VISA sponsorship

Desired Skills

• Excellent platting skills
• Strong professional leadership and excellent communication skills
• Must have flexibility and the ability to multi- task, prioritize and adapt to any challenge
• Must be able to work at all cooking- station

Compensation based on experience
