Location:  Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum. This is a hybrid opportunity.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and/or Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, business process transformation, and integration within a Managed Services or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight across:
• Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
• Power Platform integration
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
• Design and implement data migration, integration, and reporting strategies using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure Service Bus. (Secondary)
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and industry trends to guide clients on modernization and innovation.
• Key team players who can extend their expertise towards operational challenges.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in at least one of the following:
• Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules
• Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP) modules
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integration services.
• Experience with customization, plugin development, JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Dynamics 365.
• Relevant certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a Managed Services or consulting environment.
• Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g., BFSI, manufacturing, retail).
• Ability to lead client workshops, architecture governance boards, and technical deep-dives.
