Nutrition Director - St. Francis Cabrini Academy
The Nutrition Director (Cafeteria Manager) is responsible for daily operation of the nutrition program including: purchasing and receiving food deliveries, preparing lunch and snacks for 180 students based on health & wellness guidelines, maintaining kitchen equipment, working with City of St. Louis Department of Health for annual visits, and supervising support staff. Candidates must have, or be willing to complete certifications: ServSafe (Food Protection Manager) and Civil Rights Training.
Working Hours M-F 7:00am-1:00pm
