Real people recruitment are helping a company hire an experienced Counterbalance forklift Truck Operator for a stable, full-time position in a busy manufacturing environment.

We’re hiring for a Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Operator to join our clients team in Ballinamore Co. Leitrim. This is a permanent position, offering up to €32,000 per year, working directly for the company (not through an agency).

Hours/Days : Monday to Friday work, 08:30 - 17:00 daily
Contract Type: Permanent, directly employed by the company

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating Forklift trucks to move and store goods safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring proper storage and organization of stock.
Conducting safety checks on equipment and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Keeping accurate inventory records and assisting with stock control.
Supporting general warehouse operations as needed.
Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating counterbalance trucks and other warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management .
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Valid Reach Truck, Counterbalance & PPT Licenses .
Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is a plus.
