Customer Support Specialist - Repair Services
In this role, you'll be the voice of our clients brand-supporting customers and field representatives with repair order inquiries, updates, and resolutions. You'll handle everything from booking repair orders to navigating complex customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
+ Be the go-to contact for customers and sales reps, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving issues related to repair orders.
+ Manage a high volume of calls and emails through our phone queue and case management systems.
+ Handle escalated or difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
+ Provide accurate repair estimates and guide customers through the approval process.
+ Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance and accurate revenue recognition.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize urgent repairs and resolve order discrepancies.
+ Support shared inbox management and contribute to team metrics reporting.
+ Troubleshoot issues and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
+ Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to answer technical questions and clarify service processes.
What You Bring:
Must Haves:
+ 1+ years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
+ Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, or ServiceMax.
+ Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
+ Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Experience with Power BI.
+ Strong email communication and case management skills.
+ Familiarity with order troubleshooting and service contract reviews.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
