Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst with a strong background in HR data and expertise in Power BI and Workday. This role is critical for supporting HR reporting and analytics, with a focus on developing dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Leverage Workday to extract and manipulate HR data for reporting needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Work independently with minimal direction to create meaningful reporting solutions.
Participate in feedback sessions to continuously refine reporting tools.
