Job Description

Description We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role involves assisting with the cleanup and updating of records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Based in Irvine, California, this position offers an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals to contribute to an important project. Responsibilities: - Review and update records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Identify and correct errors, outdated information, and inconsistencies in the data. - Collaborate with internal teams to validate and confirm information when necessary. - Maintain organized documentation and tracking for all data entry tasks. - Execute data entry tasks efficiently while adhering to project deadlines. - Utilize tools such as Dynamics 365 and OneNote to manage and update records. - Ensure compliance with company standards for data integrity during the project. - Provide regular progress updates to the sales leadership team. - Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues encountered during the cleanup process. Requirements - Previous experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or CRM management. - Proficiency with Dynamics 365 and OneNote is preferred. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Effective written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus. - Strong typing skills and the ability to perform numeric data entry. - Experience with CRM systems and data validation processes.
