Director, Human Resources - Corporate Functions United States ● Virtual Req #815 Tuesday, May 27, 2025 **The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 plus bonus depending on experience.** The Director, HR Operations is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core HR operational functions including workforce management, talent and hiring selection, job architecture, job descriptions, career progression, and HR policy and process development. This role plays a critical leadership position in organizational effectiveness initiatives, including restructures, reorganizations, and change management efforts. The Director ensures scalable, equitable, and compliant HR practices that support the company's people strategy and long-term growth objectives. **MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Essential Functions:** 1. Workforce Management & Talent Optimization + Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning processes that align talent needs with strategic goals. + Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making related to organizational design, staffing levels, and capability planning. + Partner with business leaders to optimize talent deployment, internal mobility, and workforce efficiency. 2. Talent & Hiring Selection Strategy + Establish and oversee consistent and equitable talent selection frameworks and processes. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design structured hiring practices, interview protocols, and role-specific assessment criteria. + Ensure talent practices support diversity, inclusion, and long-term retention strategies. 3. Job Architecture, Descriptions & Career Progression + Lead the development and maintenance of job architecture and leveling frameworks that provide clarity, transparency, and internal equity. + Oversee the creation, standardization, and governance of job descriptions across the organization. + Implement and support career pathing tools and frameworks to enable growth, development, and succession planning. 4. HR Policy, Protocol, and Process Development + Develop, implement, and manage enterprise HR policies, operational protocols, and process documentation. + Ensure alignment with legal requirements and internal compliance standards. + Drive ongoing process optimization, standardization, and efficiency across HR service delivery. 5. Organizational Restructures, Reorganizations & Change Management + Lead and manage the HR components of reorganizations, restructures, and workforce transitions. + Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner for business leaders during change initiatives, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and employee support. + Apply structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and minimize disruption across the organization. 6. HR Technology & Operational Excellence + Partner with HRIS and IT to ensure technology solutions effectively support HR operations and data integrity. + Monitor operational performance using KPIs and benchmarks, implementing continuous improvements based on insights. + Champion scalable, high-impact HR service models and solutions. 7.
