Position: Full-Time POS Associate

Overview: As a POS Associate at Sanctuary Medicinals, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional experience for our patients and team members. You will help patients find the right solutions to meet their needs and build lasting relationships through personalized service and industry-leading product knowledge.

This is a Full-Time Position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome, and engage with patients warmly and friendly.
• Recommend products and devices based on patients’ needs using acquired skills and knowledge.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing your passion for cannabis and the Sanctuary brand with patients.
• Assist with patient check-ins, recommendations, education, and sales processing within state regulations and company guidelines.
• Continuously learn and apply knowledge to stay current on skills and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC) is clean and professional.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service.
• Seek proficiency in all assigned tasks and duties.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and associates.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
• Pass all required background and fingerprint checks.
